Driver/Laborer
Position Overview:
Martin-Robbins Fence, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time driver/laborer, which will report to the Operations Manager. This position requires performing a variety of tasks related to highway maintenance and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Martin-Robbins company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Candidates must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Candidates must be to perform strenuous manual labor
- Candidates must be very detail-oriented and be able to work outdoors
- Candidate must be able to operate hand/power tools: wrenches, drills, impact drivers, shovels and post-hole diggers
- Candidate must be able to maintain proper safety equipment required for each job
- Candidate will work safely under ranging environmental and weather conditions
- Candidate will be knowledgeable with simple arithmetic functions
- Candidates must have a valid and clean driver’s license and have Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations
- High School Diploma/GED
- Maintain company standards for background checks (i.e. criminal record, driving record and controlled substance/drug testing)

Fence Foreman/Installer
Position Overview:
Martin-Robbins Fence, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Fence Crew Foreman which will report to the Operations Manager. This position requires effectively leading a team of 2 to 4 members to erect fences and other barrier security products.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Candidates to have 5+ years experience is preferred
- Candidates must be able to lift to 50lbs
- Candidates must be to perform strenuous manual labor
- Candidates must be very detail-oriented and be able to work outdoors
- Candidate must be able to operate hand/power tools: wrenches, drills, impact drivers, shovels, and post-hole diggers
- Candidate must be able to maintain proper safety equipment required for each job
