Position Overview:

Martin-Robbins Fence, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time driver/laborer, which will report to the Operations Manager. This position requires performing a variety of tasks related to highway maintenance and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Martin-Robbins company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Candidates must be to perform strenuous manual labor
  • Candidates must be very detail-oriented and be able to work outdoors
  • Candidate must be able to operate hand/power tools: wrenches, drills, impact drivers, shovels and post-hole diggers
  • Candidate must be able to maintain proper safety equipment required for each job
  • Candidate will work safely under ranging environmental and weather conditions
  • Candidate will be knowledgeable with simple arithmetic functions
  • Candidates must have a valid and clean driver’s license and have Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Maintain company standards for background checks (i.e. criminal record, driving record and controlled substance/drug testing)

Position Overview:

Martin-Robbins Fence, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Fence Crew Foreman which will report to the Operations Manager. This position requires effectively leading a team of 2 to 4 members to erect fences and other barrier security products.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Candidates to have 5+ years experience is preferred
  • Candidates must be able to lift to 50lbs
  • Candidates must be to perform strenuous manual labor
  • Candidates must be very detail-oriented and be able to work outdoors
  • Candidate must be able to operate hand/power tools: wrenches, drills, impact drivers, shovels, and post-hole diggers
  • Candidate must be able to maintain proper safety equipment required for each job
  • Candidate will work safely under ranging environmental and weather conditions
