Driver/Laborer

Position Overview:

Martin-Robbins Fence, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time driver/laborer, which will report to the Operations Manager. This position requires performing a variety of tasks related to highway maintenance and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Martin-Robbins company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Candidates must be to perform strenuous manual labor
Candidates must be very detail-oriented and be able to work outdoors
Candidate must be able to operate hand/power tools: wrenches, drills, impact drivers, shovels and post-hole diggers
Candidate must be able to maintain proper safety equipment required for each job
Candidate will work safely under ranging environmental and weather conditions
Candidate will be knowledgeable with simple arithmetic functions
Candidates must have a valid and clean driver’s license and have Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations
High School Diploma/GED
Maintain company standards for background checks (i.e. criminal record, driving record and controlled substance/drug testing)

Fence Foreman/Installer

Position Overview:

Martin-Robbins Fence, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Fence Crew Foreman which will report to the Operations Manager. This position requires effectively leading a team of 2 to 4 members to erect fences and other barrier security products.

Candidates to have 5+ years experience is preferred
Candidates must be able to lift to 50lbs
Candidates must be to perform strenuous manual labor
Candidates must be very detail-oriented and be able to work outdoors
Candidate must be able to operate hand/power tools: wrenches, drills, impact drivers, shovels, and post-hole diggers
Candidate must be able to maintain proper safety equipment required for each job
Candidate will work safely under ranging environmental and weather conditions
